Your teacher is Christine, a dynamic mixed media artist and teacher who believes in fostering an authentic spirit of inquiry and exploration to develop rich creative experiences.

​Chris is a soulful Creative whose work lives at the intersection of wild and inner landscapes. Chris blends introspection with expression through mixed media exploration, and crafts spaces where others can awaken their inner spark to remember who they are beneath the noise. She explores creative processes that weave their stories into her life’s journey; for her, art and life are inextricably intertwined, creating meaning together.

Christine is a mixed media teacher both on-line and in person at Earth Heart Studio in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The studio is located in her home. Chris has been a teacher of art for decades, connecting with thousands of students world wide in her on line classes and in person. Chris owns a masters degree in Educational Practice with a minor in Art and is a regular contributor to the world’s best mixed media magazines, “Somerset Studio” and "Art Journaling". She has also had her work published in the the very popular 2024 and 2025 Artist Almanacs. Christine was an Artist in Residence at Chateaux Orquevuax, France, October 2023.
